6 oz pour into a globe snifter at the brewery. Dark but clear brown, with an initial head of off white foam. Aromas of smoky peat, caramel, dark fruit and barrel oak. Flavor Continues with caramel and dried fruit, slight smoke and boozy warmth. Medium body with a slight oily mess and gentle to moderate carbonation. A nicely boozy sipper.
