Above average brightness to the yellow and orange liquid, mild white head that vanishes. Aroma brought the hops, amarillo.
Taste, hid the alcohol well, its still a monster of a beer though. Nothing too remarkable comes through, doesn't really have a unique personality, its one of those triple ipas that are out there, high octane, syrupy, west coast style.

The beer with the longest name at the Bistro DIPA fest. Came out some bright yellow and orange, a little lighter than expected for such a big brew, dipa or not. Aroma, decently hoppy, plenty of malty sweetness to at least come close to a whiff of balance. But you know a balanced ipa at the dipa fest would be panned, its all about the hops baby!
Kind of reminded me of one of those beers where they dumped every kind of hop variety imagineable, because while it is a monster hopped beer, it also doesn't really lend itself to a distinct hop flavor, its like a soup that has every possible ingredient in it.
At the end of the day, I liked it, its big, it hides the alcohol well, but the hop flavors are a little convoluted to be anything more than a slightly above average dipa with an off kilter name.
