Love Swamp Thing? You’re really going to love Swamp Shake! This milk shake version of your favorite sour is brewed with lactose for some creamy smoothness and a touch of sweetness. We also add some lemon peel during the brew for a burst of bright citrus, and then ferment it on mango and tangerine. The end result is a sour ale that drinks a bit sweeter and creamier than Swamp Thing, but still tart and bursting with tons of fruit.

Pours a murky gold with 3 fingers of bubbly white head reducing to stringy lacing. Smell is sour tropical fruits, lemon, and citrus. Taste follows suit. Definitely sour but I think the lactose lends itself well in balancing it out and allowing the fruit to come through in addition to a nice tang. Feel is crisp but also creamy and full. Very decent beer.
