From a 12oz can. No date on the can.
The beer looks slightly murky in the glass and has a darker golden color to it. There's a thick 3+ finger white head to the beer that has great head retention, and some awesome looking lacing on the glass.
The aroma is a touch on the light side. I do get some faint hop notes in this beer that lean toward citrus smelling.
The taste is a bit earthy, and somewhat dirty tasting up front. It's not like an earthy hops flavor, that is pleasing. This does have a touch of citrus to it. The finish is bitter, and this bitterness is really not pleasing and somewhat harsh tasting.
The harsh bitterness feeling does linger in my throat, and is not pleasant feeling. The body does seem decent for the style.
This beer started off pretty good, but really took a tumble when I took the flavor and feeling into play.

On tap at the brewery.
L: Pours clear reddish gold with a thin sudsy white head, fine carbonation, leaves some sticky lacing.
S: Caramel malts, lightly floral, fruity.
T: Hoppy, gently sweet caramelized malts, almost tropical with fruit tastes, a hint of zest, dark fruits, gently bitter at the finish.
F: Brisk medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium length fairly drying finish.
O: Great tasting and easy to drink more than one. Very nice balance and very refreshing. It's an old school Pale Ale that is excellent in its style.
