Poured from crowler into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow with 2 inch white head with good retention.
S: Distinct honey note. Definite floral note...not sure if it is lilac, but I'll go with it.
T: Jump starts with a citrus and pine hop kick, quickly followed by honey and (definitely) lilac notes. A little bit of an awkward transition between the hop notes and the sweet honey and floral notes..but it works.
M: Light-medium body. Dry and moderately bitter hops. Sweet and floral smoothness.
D: This one was a bit odd, but it grew on me. I believe that was my first beer with lilac in it.
