White head. Some lace. Clear golden color.
Bready/biscuity, earthy, grassy. Smooth, easy drinking, light bodied.
Very enjoyable and true to style. A nice helles lager.

L-Brilliant deep gold color..excellent clarity
S-Grainy malt bill with toasted malts evident...hops lend an earthy/herbal impression. Spicy too.
T-The flavor flips more toward the hops. Lemony hops emerge first...the toasted malt is there and it actually drinks pretty balanced...a little spicy hop finish.
F-Clean, light side of medium bodied.
O-Extremely well crafted Munich lager with a bit of a hop punch similar to some pilsners.

tested from crowler canned 7/23/2020
fresh, crisp and clean.
sweet and bitter. a nice slightly sweet malt base, balanced by a floral and citrus (lemon) hops. a hint of bread at the start. maybe just a hint of mineral. slightly soft in the start. Sweet malt at the start, the hops kick in half thru to the finish.
Over hopped? maybe just a little but I wish I had more crowlers
