This was a major upgrade on the wheatwine which was already solid. Cloudy burnt autumn color. Off white head. Caramel, toffee, oak, vanilla and bourbon. A light zest and citrus, but mainly malts and barrel. Has a sugarplum and date flavor. Smooth and warming. Definitely a treat. Love these barrels.
