Our tribute to the great pilseners of Germany. We used German malts, and it’s cold lagered in our cellars for maturation. This Bavarian Pils is clean, slightly hoppy and has a snappy finish. German lagers are amongst the most challenging to brew and the tastiest to drink.

On tap at the brewery.
A nice looking 99% clear light golden yellow color with steady light carbo and a thin white head that leaves very light lacing. The aroma is fairly bready with some background grains and a hint of dry fruit bread. It has a lovely bready and slightly sweet taste and the sweetness is attributed to grains and malts. It does have a gentle earthy grass note as well. The mouthfeel is mildly crisp and brisk with medium-light body and a fast clean finish. Overall I like this Pilsener over Hoops' Lager. The Pils has more depth. 11, 15, and the chili beers are my faves from this brewery but they'll release new things at any given point. #11 Pilsener is excellent in its style.

On tap. White head. Lace. Clear golden color.
Earthy, floral, grassy. Fairly bitter. Biscuit and bread.
Crisp and clean. Has a touch of body. On the drier side of things. Really solid.
