On tap at the brewery 6/12/24 and from a crowler into a nonic pint glass and also a tall wheat beer glass.
L: SRM 10-11 Pours a perfect honey soft candy caramel color with a light haze and more clarity at the base, it has a thin, pillowy white head that retains some froth, medium steady carbonation, random lacing.
S: Very gently floral, almost no aroma.
T: Wet grains, honey, wheat, cereal grains, British-style bittering that is lightly resinous, a touch of muted fruit, a dry finish whisks away flavors leaving very little aftertaste.
F: Wet medium-light bodied feel with a medium-length moderately dry finish.
O: Great tasting and fairly dry. Overall it is lighter in nature and is very good in its style.
