Nice and dark, almost black with a medium head when poured.
Not much smell. Very light cocoa smell.
Good taste and mouthfeel. Tasting cocoa and toffee. Kind of a Smokey aftertaste which I like.
Overall, a pretty good porter.

A: Pours a dark brown with a 3 finger head that quickly dissolves to a a thin off white cap. It leaves minimal lacing on the sides of the glass.
S: Roast malts and alcohol. Toasted bread.
T: Follows the nose, with light toffee notes on top. Faint tobacco at the end.
F: Smooth with a light carbonation tingle. Medium body.
O: Not a bad porter. Not cloying or sweet, nor roasty bitter. A little pricy but worth another try, certainly.
