Look - dark reddish brown color with a slight head and rimming
Smell - caramel malty scent, a little faint
Taste - good caramel malty breast taste
Feel - medium body with a lighter carbonation but really nice for the beer
Overall - pretty good standard Scottish ale

From the growler via Jungle JIm's Eastgate in a snifter. This solid
little Scottish ale pours a deep and dark mahogany with ruby highlights
and a decent head of off white foam that settles to a thick ring with
spotty lacing. Nose of roasted lightly peat smoked malts, dark bread
notes, and subtle stone fruit profiles and earthy malt. Flavors exceed
the nose with lightly floral hop notes dancing about flavors of subtle
peach and light peat malts with honey and subtle breaded malts. Decent
mouth feel; medium body, light carbonation, and a moderately sweet yet
lightly thin finish.
Overall, a SOLID brew from a great little brewery.
Cheers
