From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This unique brew pours a deep red tinged brown with a
decent head of khaki foam that settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and subtle lacing.
Nose of toasted malts, brown sugars, and light floral hops with a dash of biscuit. Flavors
are a surprise with a great presentation of brown sugars, balanced floral and light zesty
hop notes, biscuit, bread crust, and subtle toffee. Mouth feel is medium, medium light
carbonation, smooth, and finishing lightly sweet with a balanced hop note that ends
subtly dry.
Overall, a unique brew that defies classification.
Cheers

I am not really sure about the style, they call it a German Irish Style Lager. The beer pours light brown. Almost no head, disappearing very quickly.
From the brewer:
Our tribute to Cincinnati's heritage of both Irish and German immigrants, this mash-up takes the malt recipe of a classic Irish Red Ale, our German lager yeast, and a mix of both traditional German and Irish hops to create a deep amber lager with light caramel and toffee flavors and a dry, clean finish.
