Pours pale golden and very clear. Pure white head that holds up for a bit.
Smell is a lot of fresh piney resinous hops. Didn't expect that from mosaic. A little malt sweetness as well.
Dank piney hops hit hard up front. A sweetness is in there as well. The finish has a subtle bitterness, would like a little more to balance the sweetness.
Mouth feel is strong carbonation and a bit of chewiness to it for lack of a better term.
This is really enjoyable. I wouldn't have guessed mosaic hops if I didn't read the label. I do like the hop flavor though. This is a full bodied and flavor packed IPA.
