Our Amber Ale spent some time in oak spirit and wine barrels with a special blend of microbes that give the beer a tart, fruity character. Tart Amber is filled with aromas and flavors of red fruits, stone fruits, and oak. A pleasant acidity follows to give a nice vinous character to the beer, and it finishes dry and lightly tart.
