A classic pale lager from Southern Germany, our Munich Helles is a bright golden color. Soft malty aromas of rising bread are followed by flavors of biscuit and bread dough, and it finishes crisp and balanced, with just enough hops to balance the malt. Prost!

12 ounce can, canned on 09/02/20, thanks again to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a Rastal Craft Master Grand glass, the beer pours a mostly clear gold color with almost an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. The brew smells mostly like bready/grainy malt, along with some honey and grassy hops. For the most part the taste is just like the aroma, but there's also some herbal/earthy flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this brew, would definitely like to try this one again in the future!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This solid little helles pours a
lightly luminous golden with a very nice head of white foam that
settles to a thick ring, thin clumping layer, and displays some
nice lacing. Nose of honey sweet malts, light breaded notes, and
elements of herbal hop notes. Flavors surpass the nose with
honey sweet malts, light cracker, light grain note, light
breaded malts, and balanced herbal hop notes. Nice mouth
feel; medium light body, medium light carbonation, and a
clean, yet subtly dry finish.
Overall, an excellent representation of the style!
Cheers!
