4-pack from the brewery
Pouring into my Brasserie d'Achouffe glass it reveals a medium amber color with a red hue. Thick foamy head retreats to a thin cap leaving big lumps of lacing. Fine carbonation raising up in the glass supports that cap for quite a while.
Aroma has spice and fruit notes with a hint of clove.
Taste follows suit with a subtle malt sweetness. No hop bitterness to speak of.
Medium body with fine carbonation.
