Brewed with barley, wheat, and oats, our Belgian-style Farmhouse beer has aromas of lemon, pepper, clove, and spices. The addition of plums adds a sweet, red fruit and plum aroma and flavor. Light hopping balances out the crackery malt body and leads to a dry finish.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This unique ale pours a murky amber
with a nice head of white foam that settles to a fat ring, thin clumping
layer, and sports some nice light lacing. Nose of plum, cracker, saison
funk, and faint herbal hops. Flavors lightly surpass the nose with plum,
light Belgian candy sugar, light breaded malts, light cracker, light yeasty
funk notes, and touches of white pepper. Decent mouth feel; medium
body, light soft carbonation, and a dry finish.
Overall, interesting.

16 ounce can, canned on 07/21/21. Thanks again to Brutaltruth for this! Served in a Teku, the beer pours a golden/orange color with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like plum, clove, peppery spice, bready malt and a bit of citrus. Taste is pretty much just like the aroma, but there's also a bit of apple and graininess noticeable too. No one flavor stands out from the others, they all mesh well together. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's creamy and a bit slick with a good amount of carbonation. Not a bad brew at all, easy enough to drink and certainly worth trying if you get the chance!
