This beer is a deep brown with a tan head that’s filled with warm, malty notes. Aromas of baked bread and bread crusts lead into a slightly malty-sweet flavor with hints of chocolate and just enough bitterness at the end to keep it balanced.

I shared a 12oz can of this beer at the brewery with a contingent of the Oswego Posse. It poured a clear deep mahogany amber with thin off white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had dark malt and grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with good rich malt base and gentle finishing hop presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

6-pack from my trusted liquor store
Amber brown color with a thick khaki head, good retention.
Nose picks up some caramel and dark chocolate.
Bold toasted malt flavor with the notes the nose already suggested. Some bitterness in the finish.
Medium body with moderate carbonation.
I like it!
