Another Jungle Jim's find. Pours a gold-green color, bubbly with lots of lacing. Very gose. Smells a bit sour and pineapply, good sign. It's has a solid tartness up front but isn't all that sour as it goes down. The pineapple flavor may be more underdeveloped, particularly when compared to this brewer's key lime gose. I do taste the sea salt and coriander burn on the back end, but it isn't overwhelming at all. Very clean, easy to drink.
