16 ounce can, 02/07/23 stamped on the bottom of the can. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a not quite clear but not quite hazy gold color with about an inch and a half frothy off-white head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing, too. I like the aroma, the brew smells like coffee, bready malt, chocolate and a bit of vanilla. For the most part the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also a slight herbal bitter flavor noticeable that eases up some as it warms. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I liked this one, but think it would have been better fresher. Worth a try if you get the chance!

A - Medium gold pour with nice clarity, moderate carbonation, and a thin layer of creamy white foam resting on top.

S - Roasty malt and coffee aroma permeate the nose.

T - Toasty malt along with coffee and some cream while finishing on the roasty coffee bitter side.

M - Big body with gentle carbonation that gives way to a soft finish on the tongue.

O - The visual and the taste don't compute which makes this one an enjoyable "mind-binder" (in the nicer term). I really enjoy the beers from this brewery.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This exceptional blonde pours a chill hazed
golden with a very nice head of white foam that settles to a big thick ring,
thin clumping layer, and sports some excellent lacing. Nose of coffee, vanilla,
earthy malt notes, and caramel. Flavors knock it out of the park with vanilla,
cocoa, earthy coffee, and caramel malts. Mouth feel is medium, smooth,
light carbonation that is subtly prickly, and finishing moderately dry.

Overall, this is quickly moving to my favorite brewery in Cincy. They keep
putting out great product with solid profiles....yet to have a bad brew from
them yet....let alone mediocre.

Cheers
