Prost to Cincinnati’s true heritage food, goetta! We teamed up with Glier’s to create this golden ale. Malt aromas and flavors of crackers and bread dough are accentuated with sweet grain notes from the use of the same pinhead oats used in Glier’s goetta. With just enough bitterness at the end to cleanse your pallette, this is a sure-fire pairing with any goetta meal.
