Chestnut brown with an off-white head, this Rye Brown ale leads with aromas of baked bread and light chocolate notes. Malt flavor leads the way, with bread crusts and light malt sweetness, before the peppery flavor of rye comes in near the end. A slight citrusy hop note from American hops comes in at the end, and it finishes well-balanced.
