On tap at Burgerology in Huntington, NY, it pours hazy gold color with a 1 finger head that faded on the quick side and left minimal lacing. Smelled like a combo of a pilsner and an IPA, with a lot of grassy and citrus notes. Flavor was like a dry hopped IPA, with a lot of citrus bursting out. By far the most flavorful Harbor Head beer that I've drank. Bitterness was mild especially considering the grapefruit and lemon zest taste. A dry finish that had just enough malt in the mix to add balance before the citrus and champagne aspects trailed off in a pleasing way. An overall enjoyable brew.
