12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/29/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of juicy/tart/tangy pineapple, coconut, vanilla, cream, lemon, lime, peach, pear, red/green apple, hay, straw, and grass;; with lighter notes of wheat, cracker, white bread, sea salt, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. A bit muted aromas. Got better as it warmed. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of pineapple, coconut, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and light salt/pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of juicy/tart/tangy pineapple, coconut, vanilla, cream, lemon, lime, peach, pear, red/green apple, hay, straw, and grass;; with lighter notes of wheat, cracker, white bread, sea salt, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy pineapple, coconut, vanilla, cream, lemon, lime, peach, pear, red/green apple, hay, straw, and grass;; with lighter notes of wheat, cracker, white bread, sea salt, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Very good complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, coconut, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and light salt/pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/tangy balance, and no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering tang/tartness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, fairly creamy/grainy/acidic/tangy, and lightly saline balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol for 5.5%. Overall this is a very good milkshake gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of pineapple, coconut, fruity/acidic yeast, vanilla, lactose, and light salt/pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/drying finish; not overly lactic/salty. Nicely flavorful for the ABV. Refreshingly light, but not feeling too watery. Nice balance of authentic pineapple, coconut, and lacto complexity; with a nice lactose, vanilla, and pale/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made base style example. Not overwhelming on any aspect.

L: A deep dark gold with a quick fizz fading to a bubbly ring on the glass.

S: Muted coconut aroma, tinny, and an almost citrus note nearly hidden in there.

T: Follows the nose with way more coconut and a slight peach funk.

F: Thin, smoothish, and a little tart. High carbonation.

O: Eh this mostly one note brew was bland, less than hoppy, safe and placid.

Quite an interesting beer - at first I thought it was some sort of cream ale given its clarity, creaminess and nicely balanced coconut flavors without much tartness. Canned date 11/29/19. Pours a fairly clear golden color with a little fluffy white head and some spotty lingering lacing. Smells of some nice malt, muddled fruity hops, creamy vanilla and faint coconut. Taste follows the nose, great hit of coconut that wasn't off-putting, overly sweet, artificial tasting or unpleasant - and most importantly, it didn't taste or smell like sunscreen at the beach. Very pleasantly surprised by the mild tartness and easy drinkability of this beer. Smooth, mild mouthfeel, great carbonation. I'ver been more and more impressed by this Georgia brewery and will keep trying their offerings, along with my usual Terrapin and SweetWater beers.
