Gratuity has a thick, white head, a very pale straw appearance, racing bubbles, powdery sediment, which clouds up, after the "swish & pour", and no lacing. The aroma is of sweet, light bread. There is a similar taste, with some lemon, following the "swish & pour". Gratuity is light bodied and has a crisp finish. RJT
