Island Haze is a year-round, juicy IPA with intense tropical flavors. Using an experimental yeast that naturally creates passion fruit and guava aromas, we then dry hop and add pineapple and grapefruit purées to create a hoppy fruit punch.

This is a solid choice for juicy hazy ipa overdone by the industry but this one is worth the hype

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and mango and pineapple notes. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some mango and pineapple tropical hoppy notes. Body is full and creamy for style with good carbonation. Interesting NEIPA with nice mango/pineapple notes.

L: Very Hazy, nice cloudy yellow color. White/off-white 1 Finger head, Left some lacing in the glass but not a lot.
S: Very nice tropical nose. I got lemon, grapefruit, pineapple, and maybe some mango notes.
T: Interesting taste on this one. Commonly with NEIPAs the fruitiness can fade when the hops come in, but here it actually fluctuates. The taste follows all the tropical notes you get from the nose, then the hops come in but the tropical notes stay in the whole way for a nice balanced finish.
F: medium bodied, nice carbonation.
O: Nice tropical/fruity IPA. At 7.2% this is very balanced. They've done a good job of not making it an artificial fruitiness with a nice about of hops that are complementary to the tropical vibe.
