Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear golden color with a puffy head of off-white foam. The head fades slowly over time and leaves a decent sum of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is strong of a pine and herbal as well some light bready and cracker smells. With these smells comes a little bit of orange and harvest fruit.
Taste – The taste begins with a moderately bready and cracker taste mixed with some pine and herbal hop tastes. The hop is rather strong from the start, getting even stronger as the taste advances, with the pine and herb getting more intense and joined by a little bit of grapefruit. Toward the end, there is a bit of a floral taste and a touch of grain, leaving one with a dank taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body is medium in thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is high. For the style the feel is decent and makes for an easy sipper.
Overall – An alright IPA overall. Nothing too special, but good none the less.
