No canned on date. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint. Thanks Erinn!!
A: Hazy-murky golden with 1-2 finger white frothy head with decent retention and respectable lacing.
S: Aroma is very inviting with a lot of green hop and tropical fruit notes with a nice dank, weed undercurrent. Minimal esters.
T: Unfortunately the flavor doesn’t measure up with some cloying tannic vegetal as the most dominant flavor with some grapefruit citrus mixed in and a heavy dose of hop burn.
M: Astringent and not too pleasant to drink with more polyphenol-plant cloying character.
O: Promising start but the hop character in the flavor is unpleasant. I have a second can that I will sit on for a week or two and see if it tastes better with a little rest/conditioning time.

This is an excellent IPA with a hint of citrus and a strong hop backbone. I had it with the Miso Ramen which was a perfect combination of flavor. Ir's a great a great beer to look at and smell.
