Our take on the Japanese style rice lager. We house steam jasmine rice our selves to add to the complexity of this beer. Late additions of Spalter Select add a pleasant spicy note. This lager is surprisingly aromatic, smooth, and super refreshing!

Light-bodied, clean, crisp rice lager with solid pils maltiness in aroma and flavor with a subtle herbal honeysuckle noble hop presence with a pleasant dry finish. Highly enjoyable.

Good but not version of a Japanese rice beer. The rice taste profile is definitely underplayed and would have been appreciated if had been more pronounced. Still it gets the other parts of the style right and warrants a return sampling.

House brewed Japanese rice lager.
Pours a beautifully clear gold, nice white head. Smells of rice, sweet malt and faint hops. Taste follows with a clean mouthfeel, crisp, dry and refreshing.
