Um, malty, no head, no lacing on glass, strong metallic alcohol sweet taste. Not too bad mouthful and aftertaste overall. No bitterness detected. Considerably smooth for 8% alc. vol. Cheap but ok. I'd drink again at $5NZ per 500ml can.

Clear, golden body; fair carbonation; great head, a bit thin yet lasting, dense and semi-creamy. Crisp, malty nose; crystal malt; delicate toastiness. Fine toasted malt backbone with a bold, slightly metallic, hop bitterness. Medium body; smooth; semi-dry mouthfeel.
Well, an older import beer and beyond its 'best by' date, yet decent enough for a strong pale lager.
ABV: 8%; pouring temperature: 49.8 °F; bottling info: Batch No. 9; 09202023; Best before: 09192024
