This one is just too heavy handed and without subtlety. Cloyingly sweet and boozy with a sharp bitter finish. Hoppy, but overwhelmed by sugar. Just no harmony here. Soft, but very full mouthfeel. Sorry, but just not very enjoyable.

Poured into a tulip with golden body and minial collar. Nose was disppointing. While some cirtus does exist, the hop overpowers and not in a good way - almost mettalic smell - hoping it is just this batch. The nose gets in the way of what i think would have been a decent beer here. a disappointing entry here from an otherwise great brewer.
