Pours dark walnut with a firm good looking head which settles quickly to a film, but gives up good lacing along the way. Nose is dark biiter chocolate, coffee, sweet malt, tar, and a whiff of alcohol. Sweet up front to taste, followed by sharp drying bitterness. Very chocolatey, tar and dark fruit to taste. A touch syrupy on the palate.
