Served k. A snifter glass from the bottle.
Appearance: Hazy goldfsh amber color with light to medium bubbles on the body creating a very very thick white head rising almost two fingers length with a soft pour. It bubbled too quickly right off the bat so I took my time.
Smell: Very light floral aroma which dissipates quickly. Nothing sticks to the nose but it does smell good.
Taste: Makes you think of white bread and grapefruit with hints of floral feel. No complexity and lacking sweetness which goes hand -in-hand with DIPAs. Not bad just needs touch tweaking.
Mouth: Dry and bready feel. Medium carbonation and somewhat sticky body. Not a bad finish and definitely cleans your palate.
Overall: Good brew, I would definitely drink it again if it crossed my eyes but I wouldn't chase it if that makes sense. Always in a glass, Salud!
