De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. En almuerzo, con sopa de arroz + acedias fritas + calamares fritos. Sin espuma. Domina perfil agrio no agradable con sabor a remolacha. Del resto de frutas ni rastro, si acaso algo de frutos rojos que acentuan mas la acidez
