This canned version is 9.50%. Brewed with cocoa, coffee, and lactose. Strong and sweet, but not overly sugary. Really a nice coffee flavor, seems more of the coffee than cocoa.

Dark brown with an exuberance of dark foam. Tremendous roasted malt flavor. Just a little coffee sort of bitterness. Quite sippable. What a great milkshake or ice cream flavor this would be. From the 473 ml can purchased at Epicerie de la Rue Couillard in Quebec City.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of roasted malt with some black chocolate notes are quite nice. Taste is mostly dominated by roasted malt with some bitter black chocolate notes with a moderate amount of residual sugar. Body is full with a creamy texture and good carbonation. Solid imperial stout that is in line with style guideline.
