Can: Poured a bight deep yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and light lacing notes. Aroma of residual sugar notes with vanilla and light floral coffee notes. Taste is also a mix of sweet vanilla notes with light floral coffee notes with light cereal notes also discernible. Body is full with oily texture and good carbonation. Interesting idea but too sweet for my liking.

A: Pours a murky dark yellow color. There is a little off white colored head with almost no retention. It really is one of the worst looking beer I've ever seen.
S: The coffee and vanilla notes are very apparent in this beer. There is a little bit of honey and biscuit malt but that's pretty much it. Smells like a honeyed latte.
T: Taste like a honeyed latte too. It's got a good amount of vanilla, lightly roasted coffee notes, honey and biscuit malt. No hops at all it seems, maybe the tiniest amount of pine like flavor.
M: Creamy and smooth, a tiny bit sticky (as expected for how sweet it is). Really works with the theme they were going for.
O: Man, this isn't an amazing beer, most real beer afficionados might not like it. To me, it's solid. But, I gotta respect the brewery: they had an idea in mind and it was executed really well, about as well as it can be. I mean, it's a pale espresso beer and it works, how crazy is that?
