Bought in can from IGA in Verdun.
L: Rich and thick, cloudy golden orange body. Pours a luscious white head, lingers for a few minutes.
S: Apricot and lactose sweetness, some honey nut cheerio grain aromas.
T: Lactose and citric sourness up front, followed by a creamy milkshake sweet, tongue smothering richness.
F: Medium to heavy body, acidity rests on sides of tongue while lactic sweetness blankets palate and back of the tongue. Tartness rests on the tip of your tongue.
Overall, probably my favourite brew I've tried this year. Great complexity and layering of flavours. Refreshing and satiating all at once. One sip fills you, and the lingering apricot tartness coerces you to keep going back again and again. All in all, a dangerously tasty beer!
