Moderately hopped with Cascade to an IBU in the mid 30's. Local dark maple syrup added late in the boil provides a rounded mouthfeel.

Just visited the brewery and thought this was outstanding. Immediately reminded me of the Lawsons/Jack's Abbey Smoked Maple collaboration. Great full maple taste and beautifully malty finish. Wish I had bought more than a six pack.
