I toured the brewery last week with one of the brewers and owner and tasted all of their brews direct from the tanks. The pale ale is one of the better tasting brews. It's amazing that they can brew this on the tiny island of Mikonos. The taste of the ale when fresh is similar to a lighter American pale ale. They brew with pellet hops and attempt to use as many Greek ingredients as possible.

Very much enjoyed this. A lot of citrus and herbal aspects to the beer. Quite refreshing.

Enjoyed a bottle at a Greek inspired restaurant in Northern Virginia. Server poured into a chilled tumbler resulting in a liquid resembling flat ginger ale soda. No head nor bubbles. Smelled a bit grassy. Taste was light and was actually sweeter than my wife’s prosecco. She made that same comment after a curiosity sip. Overall I’d skip this and go for the free tap water.

L: Hazy amber color, quarter finger off white head, messy lacing, minimal carbonation.
S: Hops, malts.
T: Hoppy, malty, kind of sweet with a slightly bitter finish.
F: Light to medium bodied, very drinkable.
O: Didn’t expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. Would happily drink again.
