Our traditional Oktoberfest is brewed with German malt and Hallertau hops, giving us clean, rich and malty flavors.

Appearance: Pours a clear light amber color with a bubble show that leads to a two finger head; decent retention ahd a few squiggles linger
Smell: Caramel malt tones supported by a grassy/herbal aspect
Taste: Caramel malt and sugar cookie forward with a modest grassy/herbal tone taking over, in the middle; the finish has some residual sweetness as well as a lingering herbal character
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Not as rich in the malts as some Oktoberfests but still a worthy example
