The taproom has a great vibe. It's an old building. The room is dimly lit.
The quality was so-so. I need another visit to form a stronger opinion.
The service wasn't the greatest, they had a small staff operating when I visited. It took awhile to pay and leave.
The selection was very small and the options of course had NYC prices; expensive.
They did have a good food selection.
I'll have to visit again one day to see if my experience is different. I wasn't impressed during my first visit.

Long, dark and narrow space. Barmaid was quite attentive and quickly offered us both beer and food menus. Wall of firkins behind bar but they all seemed mostly for looks. Beers were not cheap with the lowest price being $10 on up to $12. 8 or so beers on tap, though leaning towards the IPA spectrum along with a saison. My brother had the saison which was almost pale ale like. I had a double IPA that was average at best. For the prices being charged and all the beers being poured in the same sized glass it all seemed quite expensive. Didn't try the food once we saw $24 burgers and $14 chili. I know it is NYC and things are generally pricier but to the 3 of us we were all a bit in sticker shock. Better, cheaper options with much better beer out there.

I swung by here as it’s close to where I work. It was freezing cold out, and by the time I sat down and took my coat off, I realized the cheapest beer of the 6 available was $11. I ordered a $12 DIPA (10 oz pour) which was pretty underwhelming. Vibe is trendy Chelsea/meatpacking, There are better options...

the taproom side was closed when we visited, so we posted up on the bar side, a pretty similar feel, really cool vibe in here, empty on a weekday at after lunch time. exposed stone, wood, mellow almost scandinavian feel to it, especially with the pine around for christmas. a really cool space, with lots of twists and turns and little intimate dining areas, a cool date spot i would think. they had a handful of pretty basic beers on tap, some casks behind the bar too but they didnt appear to be live. the ambiance in here is awesome, kind of old worldy but refined, unique to me. each of the beers i had was just okay, the kolsch was nice and crisp when cold, but as it warmed up it turned a little chemical on me, with a distinct solvent cleaner vibe at the end, the last few sips werent good at all. the hefeweizen might have been the best of the three we tried, served with a lemon wheel and very light, not overdeveloped on the yeast at all. a mosaic pale ale was simple but clean and decent. for me, it was more about the food than the beer, i had a killer braised lamb sandwich that was super good, filling, and unique in flavor, really killer. service was fine, it wasnt busy enough to be tested, and they didnt have a lot to say or anything, but our experience was fine. more of a food destination than a beer one in my experience yesterday, but i am glad we checked it out, and the vibe in here is really cool. definitely worth a visit.

Vibe: I visited this place on an early Sunday afternoon for brunch. It's a trendy, upscale spot that fits in with the Chelsea neighborhood and High Line. The Tenth Avenue frontage has two entrances—one for the taproom and one for the bar/restaurant. There are additional seating areas in the back and in the outdoor patio.
Quality: Beers were served at the proper temperature in snifters.
Service: Our waitress was friendly and answered questions about the menu. There seemed to be plenty of wait staff and there was never a long wait.
Selection: A total of 6 beers from the brewery were available on-tap: Mr. Brown (Sweet Brown Belgian), Mr. English (ESB), Mr. Paradisiac (Session IPA), Mr. Refreshing (Kölsch), Mr. West Coast (West Coast IPA), and Mr. White (Belgian Witbier). The beers were quite pricy at $10-12 for a glass.
Food: Like the decor, the food was very upscale. I tried a sausage, egg & cheese on Ciabatta bread that came with oregano fries. Like the beer, the food options also seemed rather pricy with omelettes, sandwiches, and burgers running about $19-24.
