Pours a clear dark brown color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of strong sweet malt, roasted malt, hint of coffee, slight caramel malt, hint of alcohol, and a hint of chocolate. Fits the style of an American Brown Ale. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of strong sweet malt, roasted malt, hint of coffee, slight caramel malt, hint of alcohol, slight grass, and a hint of chocolate. Overall, great feel and appearance, but blend is off and the grass in the body is unfortunate.
