On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a decent head and bit of lacing. Aroma is floral with malt sweetness and bit of caramel. Taste is similar to the aroma. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Moderate body, smooth, clean with a nice malty touch. Easy drinker.

Pours a clear copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of pale malt, slight caramel malt, hint of sweet malt, and floral hops. Fits the style of a Maibock/Helles Bock. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, caramel malt, hint of sweet malt, hint of ester, and floral hops. Overall, good appearance, feel, and blend.
