Pours a very hazy lychee color with a film bright white head. Aroma is a great mix of raspberry and yeast. Very inviting. The flavor is just as good with a blend of raspberry and pomegranate. The bready wheat yeast come through mid taste and blend with the fruit in the finish very nicely. This is a mild sour though, so be warned. However I think it really works here, allowing the great fruit flavor to come through while teasing the sours in the finish. Feel is soft and smooth.
This is really an enticing sour that is worth the try. I think it may be the beat beer of the lot here on the board. Their other sour got. Poor rating but i think it may be someone who does not appreciate a good fruited sour.
