Notes: Single hop Pilsner brewed in collaboration with Stable 12. Clear golden body beneath a short head of creamy bright white foam. The aroma is floral, fruity, and sweetly herbal. The flavor brings in a grainy maltiness that's lightly sweet and supports the hops. I'd initially thought they were Crystal but they're actually Mandarina Bavaria. A stiff bitterness (28 IBUs) balances it and helps bring it to a dry finish. Medium leaning medium-light on body and gently crisp. Both highly satisfying and remarkably drinkable. Superbly balanced.
