A monster three finger head that is creamy, foamy, and billowy, with good retention. The head left lacing on the glass as it slowly dissipates. The color of the beer SRM 3, a straw to pale gold color. The beer has a massive amount of carbonation. The clarity of the beer is clear to slightly hazy.
The first impression of the aroma is piney and grapefruit. A lightly toasted malt with resin, floral ester, earthy, touch tropical, and some yeast notes finish the aromas in this beer.
The beer has a grapefruit and pine flavors with some lightly toasted malt. Additional flavors I noticed are resin, earthy, a touch of tropical, and biscuit.
The mouthfeel of the beer is carbonated, medium-body, medium astringency, and a medium finish.
The beer is refreshingly simple and does not drink like a seven ABV. It is more like a New England IPA. Very nice beer, thank you, Houser, for it.

16 oz draft, at the brewery. Listed as a single-hop Mosaic beer.
hazy medium yellow in color, thick white head. nice pleasant well rounded hop aroma - some fruit, grass, dankness. taste is moderately bitter, hop flavors dominate. Mild malt component. mouthfeel is fairly soft, but thinner bodied.
