Notes via stream of consciousness: A massive head of white foam has risen up out of the glass! The body is a hazy yellow gold with plenty of fine bubbles rising towards the surface. The aroma is limited for a double dry hopped beer, and it's a little yeasty. It's also unfiltered so that's somewhat understandable but I don't normally find that. It's citrusy with some peach, pine, and passionfruit. On to the taste... it's a little yeasty in the flavor as well and I can now see that there's yeast settling at the base of the glass. Perhaps this is either from the beginning or end of the tank and it picked up more yeast than usual. The malt is sweetish, bready, and a little oat-like. The hoppy notes found in the aroma return and I'm not finding much more than some added apple. Let me give it another shot... I'll call the citrus mainly grapefruit but also subtly lemon-like, and it's a little bit herbal. It's not that bitter but it never becomes too sweet, and it's certainly not cloying. It finishes with grass and herbs lingering shortly. In the mouth it's medium bodied and gently crisp-then-smooth. The head held up well and the lacing is quite nice.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
