On-tap at Peter’s Brewhouse, Riga, Latvia
A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of carbonation. it poured with a half finger high white head that has good retention properties and consistently left a thin head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of floral hops are present in the nose along with notes of cracker malts and hints of grassy hops.
T: The taste mostly has flavors of noble hops that stand out in front of the cracker malts, but the hops only contribute a slight amount of bitterness
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is nice and malty but there are plenty of hop flavors to help balance things out.
Serving type: on-tap
