A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thick collar of bubbles around the collar of the glass and some patches of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of passionfruit are present in the smell.
T: The taste follows the smell and is dominated by flavors of passionfruit. There is only a slight amount of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer doesn’t have much in the way of sourness but is packed with lots of aromas and flavors of passionfruit—so much like it almost like drinking fruit juice. I really enjoyed this beer.
