Copenhagen 1/6 2020. 33 cl can from Kvickly, Allerød. Dark green label with some purple twigs. Tagline is Nordic Sour.
Pours hazy, milky, golden yellow with a very big white head. Bubbly. Settles as very meagre and minuscule patches of foam floating aimlessly around. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a strong fruity sharpness and a more subtle underlying sweet odors. Herbal twist. Unripe, sour gooseberries. Currants and peach. Chemical odor of mustard. Weeds.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong sourness. Aftertaste is sourish with a herbal undercurrent. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
